These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through mekcosupply.ca and in-store at Mekco Supply Inc. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
Pricing & Payment
Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Tax
Applicable HST (13%) will be added to all orders within Ontario. Other provinces may be subject to their respective tax rates.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer via our secure Stripe payment processor.
Price Accuracy
We strive for accurate pricing. If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
Invoicing
Commercial and wholesale accounts may be eligible for net-30 payment terms upon credit approval.
Order Processing
Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful placement. This does not guarantee product availability.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Custom or special-order items may take longer.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
Minimum Order
There is no minimum order requirement for standard purchases. Wholesale and bulk orders may have minimum quantities.
Back Orders
If a product is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified and given the option to wait or cancel that item.
Shipping & Delivery
Store Pickup
Free pickup is available at our Richmond Hill location during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST).
Local Delivery
We offer delivery within the Greater Toronto Area. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Canada-Wide Shipping
We ship across Canada via major carriers. Delivery times vary by location (typically 3-7 business days).
Shipping Damage
Inspect all packages upon delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos to initiate a claim.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
Items must be in new, unused condition in original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-cut items, special orders, clearance items, and opened electrical products cannot be returned.
Defective Products
Defective items may be returned or exchanged at no cost within 30 days. Please contact us with photos of the defect.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Warranty
Manufacturer Warranty
Most products carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.
Warranty Claims
Submit warranty claims through your account dashboard. Include proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and product details.
Processing Time
Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 5-7 business days.
Resolution
Approved warranty claims may result in repair, replacement, or credit at our discretion based on manufacturer terms.
Limitation of Liability
Product Use
Mekco Supply is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use of products. Products must be installed by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable building codes.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
Consequential Damages
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, property damage, or personal injury.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
